Az Samad

Artist of the Month | December 2013

Az uses the Quantum Trinity System:

The Quantum Trinity System is a dream come true! The Quantum Blender allows me to really tune in my sound on stage and get the right balance between the Pure Mini and the Trinity microphone.

From outdoor stages, jazz clubs, college halls and intimate cafes, the Quantum Trinity System has allowed me to get my sound regardless of where I’m performing. It gives me the freedom to fully express my solo acoustic fingerstyle guitar playing!
Guitarist-Composer-Educator Az Samad has performed in the United States, Europe and Asia. A versatile musician who has appeared on seventeen CDs (eight of which are his solo releases), Az has worked with Grammy winners Flaco Jiménez and Max Baca, drummer Bernie Dresel (Brian Setzer Orchestra), singer-songwriters Tara Linda and Reza Salleh, guitarists John Stowell, Adam Rafferty, Stuart Ryan, and Teja Gerken; world music ensemble Bogofusion; electronic jazz-funk group Planet Loop; Cumbia-Dub band Candelaria; and string jazz ensemble JazzMine.
